Manchukuo: Leaders of Xinjing

Add an influential leader to the school and take a more direct role in field activities. Choose from eight leaders, each providing an asymmetrical special ability, and assign the leader meeple to tasks alongside students. Leaders do not add labor value, but their abilities enhance actions and help recruit new students.
