Ambitious merchants compete for influence in the town council by winning over craftsmen from the city’s various guilds. Players assign agents to guilds to buy and sell goods, and hire craftsmen and townsmen with useful special abilities. At the end of each round, the player with the most goods in a guild gains its master’s loyalty and a guild crest. Players compare their craftsmen, crests, money, and townsmen to determine the winner.

Evan4.6 This is a majorities game where you are constantly pressured to ruin your majority. The general idea is that each round, every type of good will give a scoring token to the player who has the most of that good. You desperately need money to buy more tokens. The way you get money is by buying tokens cheaply and then selling the tokens when they get expensive in future rounds. Not only that, but you also spend goods to buy powerful character tiles, and at the end of the game the player with the greatest sum on their character tiles of each type gets bonus points. With too many players, this game gets chaotic, because you have to always keep an eye on what other players have, so keep the player count small. A potential issue with the game is that it's both incredibly tight, and also extremely unforgiving of a mistake, to the point that the fun can be sucked out of things. :star: Art, Iconography and components functional :star: Clever or interesting mechanisms :star: Reasonably low downtime between turns with mildly AP players :star: Multiple plays stay interesting :star: Low or mitigatable luck elements :star::nostar::nostar::nostar::nostar: Raw enjoyment
