Panik

Players lead teams of ghost hunters clearing ectoplasms from old manors. Each player secretly arranges manor cards, including ghost manors, shared manors, and booby-trapped manors, then places hunters at them. On a turn, a hunter is added to a manor and may expel another hunter, forcing its owner to move it elsewhere. Special hunters can reveal hidden manors, move other hunters, or resist being expelled. When all hunters are placed, the manors are revealed and scored: ghost manors award points per hunter, shared manors reward fewer occupants, and booby-trapped manors score only for their owner.
