Panzer: A Tactical Game of Armored Combat on the Eastern Front, 1941-1945

Russian forces face their German invaders in tactical ground combat on the Eastern Front during World War II. Players command infantry, tanks, anti-tank guns, artillery, and air support across geomorphic maps with movable terrain. Combat accounts for armor thickness, firing angles, terrain, gun depression, communications, mines, smoke, roadblocks, and barbed wire. Scenarios depict varied engagements using data cards that provide the movement and combat information for each unit.
