Regimental Fire and Fury

A tactical miniatures wargame of American Civil War combat, covering engagements from 1861 to 1864. Players command regiments of infantry or cavalry, artillery batteries, and leaders to recreate smaller battles or actions within larger engagements. Each turn alternates between Union and Confederate player turns, with maneuver checks representing command, control, and morale. Units then exchange musketry and cannon fire before resolving charges and possible breakthrough combats. The rules include guidelines for creating scenarios and six historical scenarios from battles including Ball’s Bluff, Wilson’s Creek, Gettysburg, and Olustee.
