Rookie's Guide to the Block Wars
A Judge Dredd roleplaying supplement focused on riots and block wars in Mega-City One. It explains the causes and escalation of civil disturbances, from street rumbles to conflicts involving thousands of citizens, and provides rules for mass combat, city blocks, populations, Citi-Def units, maps, and miniatures.
