Small Star Empires: Fate of the Galaxy

This mini-expansion adds Galactic Trade Station and Galactic Citadel Council cards, allowing minerals and power to be exchanged. It also introduces Superweapons and Galactic Wonders. To build one, a civilization must complete all upgrades on the relevant Battle or Research Station and acquire the required technologies. Once completed, the card’s effect applies immediately, representing a choice between destructive military power and technological or cultural development.
