The Shepherd
A nonmagical leader class for fantasy roleplaying games, the Shepherd represents characters who influence others through conviction, authority, or fear. Concepts include rebel leaders, preachers, cult figures, commanders, and warlords. The class advances through 20 levels and uses command to deliver barbed words, encourage allies, and spread terror among foes. Four archetypes are included—the Chronicler, Commander, Regent, and Tyrant—along with guidelines for multiclassing.
