Wortwiesel

Race to build words from cards showing pairs of letters. Place cards beside one another or overlap them to cover individual letters, creating longer words from a limited hand. Each player also has single-use cover tiles and a wild tile. A sand timer controls when another card may be drawn rather than setting a strict action limit. Players can choose when to trigger the next draw, then improve their words before the round ends. After three rounds, score word length, unused cards, and remaining tiles.
