Alliance Correspondence: Battle Swayers

Arrange commanders into formations at Sekigahara, using dice to determine their positions and strengthen areas for the eastern or western army. Before battle, send letters to invite or prevent betrayal, while watching for secret reversals that can change the outcome. Score victory points by comparing the strength of each area once enough commanders have formed up.
