Clank! Legacy: Shadow Chancellor Promo Card

A promo card for use in the legacy deck that represents a powerful but costly maneuver. It costs 7 and grants immediate resources: 3 victory points, 3 gold and a three-card draw for the player who plays it. Playing the card also benefits opponents slightly: each other player receives one gold and draws one card. It functions as a high-impact, shared-effect card within the campaign deck.
