Desert Blitzkrieg: Rommel's North African Campaign

An operational-level, two-player regimental game of the North African desert campaign from April 1941 to December 1942. Players move forces between points across eastern Libya and western Egypt, maintain divisional integrity, manage supply units, and allocate headquarters support to movement, combat, or supply. Battles use a separate board with front-line and second-line positions, requiring players to arrange unit types to maximize combat values. Limited air support, fortifications, reconnaissance forces, event cards, and port movement add further decisions. Monthly turns cover a short game in about 2.5 hours or a full campaign lasting 10 or more hours, with high suitability for solitaire play.
