Gatsby

Two players take roles as rival socialites in the Roaring Twenties, competing to earn the attention of a wealthy patron by recruiting characters across three locations: the cabaret, the finance center, and the racetrack. On a shared board, players alternately move an action marker (cannot repeat the opponent’s last action) and activate one of four action spaces to place two influence tokens at the locations. Tokens claim character tiles via different local rules: forming a continuous line or covering star icons at the cabaret, advancing on the finance track, or having the plurality on a race line at the racetrack. Special board spaces grant bonuses when covered, such as swapping tokens, forcing opponent actions, or gaining special action tiles. A player wins immediately by controlling three characters of one color or one of each color; if a location is exhausted first, total character stars determine the victor.
