This is a very cute filler game that takes the normal tile placement mechanisms you find in most city builder cousins, and adds some interesting wrinkles. Each turn you flip a card which has a number on it that matches a specific set of spaces on your player board. Then the start player draws a set of tiles from the bag equal to the number of players plus one, where each set has one tile per space in the numbered lot. Then each player picks a lot, and places it, doing their best to get the tiles to score according to the scoring criteria selected at the start of the round. Tiles can be placed face down as parks, and when you sink your third tile as a park, you get a one time ability to swap the locations of two tiles. It's a very limited space, that allows for a lot of game to game variation, and lots of intrigue about what lot of tiles to take and when.
