Big City: 20th Anniversary Jumbo Edition!

Players build an evolving city by acquiring neighborhood cards and placing 3D building pieces that occupy one, two, or three spaces. Each placed building scores a base value plus bonuses for adjacent structures, while a special city hall tile must be played before larger buildings can be placed. A mandatory redevelopment phase at the end of each round forces players to surrender properties and then reclaim cards in reverse order, discouraging hoarding. City hall’s point value increases each round, an empty waterfront tile blocks placement and grants nearby residential bonuses, and the game ends early if all players pass or only exchange actions occur. Supports 2–4 players with revised trading and larger jumbo components.
