Alliance

A game of diplomacy and warfare in the Napoleonic Era with a Columbia Block System twist. Players lead Austria, Britain, France, Prussia, Russia, Spain, or the Ottoman Empire, relying on neighboring Minor States for support. Each turn, players draw and discard cards, then use them to move and build units, conduct combat, and negotiate alliances. Leader cards trigger political phases in which major powers compete for the loyalty of Minor States. Alliances can include tributes, border disputes, and non-aggression pacts. The player with the most Victory Points in cities at the end wins.
