Bastion Run

Dungeon escape stealth print-and-play board game. Players cooperate to guide two prisoners through multiple dungeon levels, finding keys and reaching the final exit while avoiding guards. Dice from a shared pool determine movement order across light, grey, and dark tiles, while every step creates noise that can attract nearby guards. Dice may be combined to adjust movement, and players can collect stinky toads to restore stealth or salty mushrooms to draw ability cards. A boar also roams the dungeon, gathering mushrooms before the prisoners can reach them. Supports two-player cooperative and solo play.
