A card-led tug-of-war between expansionist Europe and resurgent Russia during the post-Cold War era. Players build political and military influence across contested countries in Central and Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, while pursuing historical events for additional victory points. Europe has greater resources but reacts slowly; Russia is weaker but more agile. Country cards provide influence, funding, and military presence, while deck manipulation makes expansion increasingly difficult as players risk overreach.
