Pirater

Sink an opponent’s fleet or capture the treasure and return it to port. Players command three ships, moving them according to two six-sided dice while navigating obstacles, trade winds, and currents. Victory comes from bringing the treasure to the home port or capturing all three opposing ships. Nine additional scenarios are included, including a variant for up to eight players with two sets.

Quick and easy, though we made a house rule letting people get their first ship out of port more easily. I've had games end with people stuck with all their ships in port. Not a gamer's game, but more like an activity that can pass the time between games or while waiting for others to show up.
