The home team has one chance to score in the bottom of the ninth while the visiting closer tries to shut them down. Players take opposing roles as pitcher and batter and resolve each plate appearance with dice, cards, and player-specific abilities. Gameplay plays out over three outs or until four hits produce a run, with bluffing, deduction, and hidden information shaping decisions. The game supports variable player strengths, customizable lineups, optional expansions, and advanced league and solo rules for extended play.
