Snailed It!

Players aim to empty their hand by playing number cards to four color rows in the center while minimizing penalties taken from others. On a turn a player plays one card next to the matching color row, trying to keep the numeric gap to the previous card small; if the gap is large, other players may call and throw in the intervening cards to the active player as penalties. Thrown-in cards go to the discard pile and the active player then draws an equal number of penalty cards. A round ends when a player has no cards; players total points on cards in hand and collected penalties, and play continues until a player reaches the losing threshold, with the lowest score winning.
