Capital City

Players have four seasons to develop a Wild West town and build the most successful Main Street. Each season, they bid for turn order, choose character cards arriving by train, purchase buildings, and assign workers to them. Characters provide dollars or victory points, with members of the same family supporting one another and improving their effectiveness. After the fourth season, the player with the most victory points becomes mayor.
