Conspiracy

Move the top-secret briefcase between four capitals to reach a headquarters. Eight spies can be controlled by anyone through secret bribes or open movement, with players spending money from their personal accounts. Players may challenge a spy’s movement by comparing their hidden payments; the higher amount determines whether the move stands, while the loser faces a penalty. Cooperation, deception, and timely betrayals are needed to stop opponents from securing the briefcase. No dice or cards are used, so the outcome depends on negotiation, money, and player decisions.
