Players take on the role of rival wineries competing to craft and bottle superior wines and a sparkling cava. On each turn, players draw cards and take up to two actions such as playing sets of grape cards, playing time (fermentation) cards, bottling a wine, or using special cards. Grape and time cards combine to meet the requirements for bottling; bottled wines are scored by discarding grape cards according to their star values. Special cards grant one-time abilities or direct interaction, including sabotages that spoil opponents’ progress or effects that recover from interference. The first player to bottle two wines and one cava wins.
