No — after you play a card the turn passes and you do NOT draw a card from the deck; cards are only drawn to refill hands after a bill is paid (or when starting a new round) (pages 2, 3).

You must ask for the bill if you cannot play, and you may also ask at any time provided the total number of cards played this round is at least equal to the number of players (page 2).

Yes — you can always play a wine card on your turn; on the table wines are grouped into sets of up to 5 cards (a 6th wine in the same round starts a new set) (pages 2–3).

If the round had at least as many cards played as players, the payer may discard unwanted cards and gains or flips a hand‑increase token (hands max 10); if fewer cards were played the payer must discard their entire hand and gets no increase; in either case all players then draw to 5 plus increases (max 10) (page 3).

Fifty‑Fifty, Go Dutch and Tip can only be played after someone has asked for the bill; other special cards are played on your turn or have specific timing — see the special cards list (pages 2, 4).

Burnt Dish is played on a tapas stack regardless of its price and locks that tapas type so no more of that type can be played this round; Premium is played together with a tapas or burnt dish and doubles the value of the card it accompanies (page 4).
