Players represent rival Great Powers during the Cold War, seeking to become the sole world superpower. The game centers on betrayal, deception, and carefully timed plays, with missiles serving as the main means of gaining advantage. This card game uses 30 cards across 15 types, with some cards appearing multiple times and others unique. Each player keeps two cards in hand and must protect them from opponents’ attempts to spy on their plans. Card abilities help players pursue one of three possible victory conditions.
