On to Richmond II: The Union Strikes South

A combined module covering Union offensives against Richmond and Petersburg during 1862 and 1864–65. Players command brigade- and division-level forces in scenarios and campaigns that simulate the 1862 Richmond campaign, Grant’s 1864 Overland operations, and the prolonged Petersburg fighting through April 1865. Gameplay uses revised maps and counters to represent terrain features such as hills, swamps, dams, trails, and landings. The box provides numerous Basic scenarios and several multi-month Advanced campaigns with rebalanced victory conditions and modified rules for operational maneuver, combat resolution, and logistics. Two grand campaigns require additional maps not included in the module.
