Pandemic: Lekarstwo
Players roll custom dice to combat four spreading diseases across six major population centers. Each turn, dice results grant actions: move between cities, treat disease, collect samples, or share knowledge. Players assume distinct roles with unique dice and abilities that influence movement, treatment, and support functions. Players may reroll dice but increase the chance of triggering epidemics. At the end of each turn, infection dice introduce new disease on the board and outbreaks can spread to neighboring regions. The game ends when players either discover cures for all four diseases or the outbreak conditions overwhelm the team.

Dice version of Pandemic the Board Game. Usually I don't like Dice Versions of Board Game but this one is GREAT! Could be even more funny to play than the original one if you like dice. All the Pandemic essence on this shorter and adrenalinic board game.

Can I collect a sample directly from a region (take a die off the region) or does it have to be from the Treatment Center?
Collect Sample must take 1 die of an uncured disease from the Treatment Center; if no dice are in the Treatment Center you cannot do this action. (p.4)
If a disease is already cured, when I Treat do I remove just one die or all dice of that color?
When you treat an infection die of a disease with a known cure, you move ALL infection dice of that color from either your region or the Treatment Center. (p.4)
What happens when I roll biohazard symbols — do those dice go to the CDC or do they advance the infection rate first? Can I play Events?
For each biohazard result you immediately advance the infection rate syringe 1 space and set those dice aside (they cannot be re-rolled this turn); the rules also note you may play Events in relation to biohazards as described. (p.5)
During an epidemic, which dice do we take and where do they go?
On an epidemic you take all dice in the Treatment Center plus a number of dice from the bag equal to the new infection rate, roll them, place crosses into the CDC and numbered results into their matching regions, then check for outbreaks starting at region 1 clockwise. (p.5)
If I try to find a cure and the roll is less than 13, do I lose the samples or keep them? What about dice showing crosses?
If the total is less than 13 you fail and keep the samples on your Role card; any rolled sample dice showing crosses remain samples and are not placed in the CDC. (p.6–7)
Once we've found a cure, does that stop infections of that color or eradicate it?
Finding a cure does not prevent placing infection dice of that color during infections or epidemics, and there is no eradication mechanic in this game. (p.6)
