Panzer Grenadier

Platoon-level combat in World War II on the Eastern Front, beginning with the German invasion of the Soviet Union in June 1941. Players direct infantry, mechanized, motorized, and towed platoons, along with headquarters, commanders, armor, artillery, aircraft, cavalry, armored trains, and river vessels. Rules cover opportunity fire, combined fire, mobile assaults, leadership, morale, spotting, and friendly fire, with additional systems for entrenchments, hidden units, minefields, bunkers, and digging in. Each hex represents 200 meters, each turn 15 minutes, and units represent platoon-sized formations.
