Pop-Up Pirate!

Players take turns sliding plastic swords into slots around a barrel until a hidden spring triggers and the pirate pops out. On a turn, choose a slot and insert a sword; the mechanism is preset randomly so the triggering position is different each round. The player who makes the pirate pop is penalized according to agreed rules (for example, collects a token or performs a forfeit) while others continue for subsequent rounds.
