A comic-book role-playing game in which players create superheroes, develop their powers, and take part in dramatic battles and investigations. Powers are randomly rolled, while players choose which abilities to develop, shaping each character toward versatility or specialization. Combat uses a simple initiative system and comic-book-style frames to track action. Characters’ decisions affect their public ratings and future opportunities, while advancement covers powers, public relations, scientific devices, and other aspects of superhero life.
