The Great Sea

Lead a Phoenician city-state as it builds a mercantile maritime network across the Mediterranean. Players construct and crew bireme ships, move fleets to secure sea lanes, and fortify trade routes while developing land and naval technologies. Combat and commercial actions advance separate markers, and controlling ancient temple sites provides strategic benefits. The game ends when a player's temple influence meets either their combat or trade standing, making conquest or commerce the path to victory.
