No — produced resources are not spent and can be used every turn, so if your city produces all required resources you build without buying; additionally, some Age II/III cards can be built for free via chaining if you already own the linked Building (free construction). (pages 8–9)

Each missing resource costs 2 + (the number of that resource produced by your opponent’s brown/grey cards), paid to the bank, and yellow cards/Wonders are not counted in that calculation; you may buy any number of resources on your turn. (page 8; examples page 9)

You pay the Wonder’s printed cost (not the Age card’s), place the Age card face-down under the Wonder to show it’s built, and only seven Wonders may be constructed in the game — when the 7th is built the remaining unbuilt Wonder is returned to the box. (page 11)

An Age ends when all 20 cards in that Age’s structure have been played; the player with the weaker military (the Conflict pawn on their side) chooses who begins the next Age, and if the pawn is in the middle the last active player (who played the last card) begins. (page 11)

Each shield on a built red card or Wonder immediately moves the Conflict pawn one space toward the opponent per shield, triggering any zone token when entering a new zone; if the pawn reaches your opponent’s capital space you immediately win by military supremacy. (page 12; military token effects page 14)

Whenever you collect a pair of identical scientific symbols you may immediately take one available Progress token and keep it for the game, and if you collect six different scientific symbols you immediately win the game by scientific supremacy. (page 12; Progress token descriptions page 14)
