Partner an underwater faction with another to battle for control of the oceans. Four aquatic factions choose teams and starting locations before fighting in a 2v2 conflict. Using Axis & Allies-inspired mechanics, players command their forces, capture territory, and seek to determine the fate of the underwater world.
