Card City

As mayor, your job is to encourage the growth of residential, commercial, industrial, and cultural districts to satisfy the demands of the city's residents. Over ten rounds, players draft new building cards, construct them according to zoning laws, attract citizens when conditions are favorable, and earn money from commercial districts. At the end of the game, completed residential districts and leftover money provide points, while unfinished cities receive penalties.
