Chameleon

Chameleon is a board game for 2–4 players. It plays in 20 minutes and is meant for ages 5 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 4.

Players build vertical towers from translucent blocks whose visible colors shift when new pieces are added. Each turn a player selects and places a colored block; blocks below change color according to the placement, and players must anticipate the resulting color pattern. Matching the color of the newly revealed face to the block just placed grants an extra turn. A mismatch forces the active player to dismantle the tower one piece at a time and rebuild from the base. The game combines spatial stacking with short-term memory and pattern prediction. Play typically suits ages 7 and up.
