Galactic Emperor

Explore the galaxy, gather resources, and build spaceships to expand a planetary empire. Choose roles such as Explorer, Merchant, Engineer, Warlord, and Scientist to determine the actions available each round. Discover planets, manage sectors, develop fleets, and attack enemy forces while the central sun moves toward collapse. The player with the most victory points at the end of the game wins.

Initial impressions are high, even if the game leans towards Puerto Rico more than Twilight Imperium. The time limit is right, and I find it interesting how political power is almost equal to military might. A tight money system helps keep things interesting.
