Pyrotechnics

A two‑player pocket card duel of fireworks and timing that plays in about ten minutes. Each player gets a small hidden hand and a shared tableau; play proceeds in turns of Research (play a card from hand and resolve its upper‑left action) and then Discover or Showcase from the tableau. Discover adds a tableau card to hand and triggers its lower‑left effects; Showcase pays a lower‑right cost, removes the card from the game, and shrinks the player’s hand. Players manage an eighteen‑card deck and spark tokens in three colors, balancing card utility against the goal of emptying the hand. The first player to Showcase five cards and end their turn with no cards in hand wins.
