Winds of War

This game depicts Japan’s World War II campaign to send hydrogen-filled balloons carrying explosives across the Pacific to the western United States. Based on the historical events but presented as an abstract game rather than a detailed simulation, it supports one or two players and plays in about 90 minutes.
