It includes twelve cardstock scenarios, two new maps, tournament guidelines, and a tournament record card template. Each scenario is designed to test tactical skill and knowledge of the game’s rules in competitive play. The guidelines provide a ready-to-use structure for organizing tournaments, with rules that can also be adapted to different formats. This expansion requires Combat Commander: Europe and Combat Commander: Mediterranean.
