Shitenno

Become the Shogun's favorite by controlling as many provinces as possible. Play as one of his four great generals and compete through planning and manipulation at court rather than on the battlefield. Each turn, the active player creates card lots for the players, then takes the lot left after the others choose. Players use their cards to gain control of provinces, judging opponents and anticipating their hidden intentions.

The turn order is crucial, if you are last, you not gonna do much. That quite breaks the game. I liked the building of the offers that you can accept or not. Very repetitive right from the start.
