Robber Barons drive post-Civil War railroad expansion across Texas and the American Southwest. Six railroads compete for dominance as players auction shares, build track, acquire routes from rival companies, and pay dividends. Presidents must balance shareholder returns with funds for expansion, while bull market auctions can shift control of a railroad. The game ends when one railroad completes its track or all stock is acquired; the player with the most cash wins.
