Players explore the Solar System by researching, collecting cards, and assembling probes from their components. Once a probe is complete, it can be sent on missions to planets, while mission and ALERT cards provide additional actions and interaction. Components may also be sent to supply the ISS station. When exploring a planet, players choose between a Discovery side worth more victory points or a Technology side that provides a lasting special power. Asteroids can be explored through mission cards. The game ends when three planet decks are completed or all asteroids have been explored, with points awarded for planets, asteroids, and ISS contributions. An atlas provides information about the Solar System.
