Sushi Bar

Learn about sushi, fish, and shellfish through illustrated matching cards. Cards feature 29 varieties commonly served in sushi bars, along with their related Chinese characters. Players place the cards face down and turn over two at a time, matching fish or shellfish pictures with the corresponding character parts. Special cards showing soy sauce, green tea, or hot sake provide an extra turn.
