The revisions reduce the time required to resolve each turn while remaining fully compatible with the earlier rules. Twelve historical scenarios cover both the Imperial and Republican phases of the war, each with orders of battle, maps, historical notes, and alternative situations, ranging from divisional engagements to battles involving several corps.
