Humanity is beginning to reclaim territory after the zombie outbreak. Rumors of military-controlled safe zones draw survivors toward areas secured by the National Guard and army, while independent communities and lawless gangs maintain their own territories. This expansion adds military units, improved weapons, new equipment, and missions focused on eliminating zombies and pacifying the region. It also introduces a self-sufficient survivor community to explore, trade with, and recruit from, along with a ready-made gang whose territory and influence can be expanded.
