Battle of Isly Game
Pitting the Moroccan army against French forces during Marshal Bugeaud’s 1844 campaign in North Africa. One player commands the French, seeking to advance into Morocco and capture Abd el Kader, while the other leads the larger Moroccan army under the sultan’s son. A low- to moderate-complexity tactical game played in about 90 minutes, with cards varying the course of play.
