Fight for the fate of Rome in an operational hex-and-counter game covering the Liberators’ Civil War. Command the forces of the Second Triumvirate or Caesar’s assassins as they maneuver, supply armies, and contend with uncertain combat and dangerous sea travel. Events such as storms, invasions, revolts, and plague create additional challenges. Bold decisions can alter the course of the conflict, but failure carries lasting consequences.
