British Tank Ace 1940-1945

Tactical solitaire tank game with role-playing elements, set during World War II in North Africa, Italy, and northwest Europe. Players command a British tank, control its crew, and undertake randomly generated attack, defense, and movement-to-contact missions. Combat considers terrain, weather, artillery, hull and turret orientation, and whether the crew is buttoned up. Surviving missions earns experience, prestige, awards, and promotions, allowing skills, support options, and improved tanks to be acquired. Cooperative and competitive multiplayer variants are also included.
