Colonial Gothic Templates
This collection provides character templates for players and Gamemasters creating heroes and NPCs in a colonial Gothic setting. Each partially completed template includes a character concept, background notes, abilities, skills, possessions, and suggested Fates, covering roles such as able seaman, native shaman, and trader. Players can use the templates as guidance when assigning points, selecting equipment, and developing a character’s background and personality. Gamemasters can use them to quickly create NPCs of a specific type. The templates are optional aids rather than fixed rules, allowing characters to depart from the suggested concepts.
